Business Manager IV\ \ Position Overview\ The Business Manager IV is responsible for overseeing and managing business operations while driving strategic initiatives to enhance growth and profitability. This role requires expertise in business affairs, business development, and asset management to ensure effective contract administration and licensing processes.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Manage licensing agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee contract administration processes to streamline operations and mitigate risks.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value of organizational resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SAG signatories and non-union talent agents, well versed in industry terminology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business affairs experience in an agency or in-house studio.
• Strong knowledge of business affairs, licensing, and contract administration.
• Proven track record in business development and asset management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
