Insurance Operations Manager

• Apply rigorous attention to detail in reviewing policies and data to proactively prevent errors and mitigate risk.
• Possess strong analytical capabilities and an ability to apply critical thinking to make informed decisions to resolve complex issues
• Demonstrated ability to navigate changes in the insurance market, technology, and internal processes, while influencing and inspiring team members to adapt and embrace new approaches.

What you need to have:

• Proficiency in collaborating and leading operational interests, effectively working with business groups in cross-functional projects and initiatives within the organization.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (ie. Lean & Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies
• Understanding of financial metrics as applicable to underwriting and service delivery
• Ability to analyze underwriting & service data, trends, and create performance reports to make informed decisions
