Job Title: Maintenance EngineerJob Description

Perform regular and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with company standards and regulations for safety and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvements for utility systems, troubleshoot and repair as needed. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain current knowledge in the field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current in the field.

Essential Skills

• Experience with SAP ERP

• Vendor management skills

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Experience in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industry

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, or at least 3+ years of practical experience in utilities and manufacturing services.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Work Environment

Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with a desk in the Engineering pit. The team is a small, tight-knit group within a large company that offers stability and access to funding. The company values long-term growth, with two other employees in the same role having been with the company for over 10 years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00
