Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Creates, formats, and proofreads content to upload to company Intranet & brand website (news, blogs, project information); manages the cadence of Intranet posts on the calendar, refreshes company headshots
• Formats & updates monthly company newsletter in alignment with Intranet updates
• Utilizes InDesign templates to create Living the Values certificates & other design materials as needed
• Develops summer holiday campaign for social media
• Assists with efforts on social media with the oversight of Communications Specialist, posting when needed, writing social media copy, & designing branded posts
• Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization
• Ensure new logos are being utilized properly by vendors, clients, and community partners

Duration

• This internship would take place in the summer of 2025
• Recommended duration: 10-15 weeks
• Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM for the summer

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, studying Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related program
• InDesign experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook) preferred
• Must be self-motivated & results-oriented
