Digital Engagement Lead

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as local squad(s) lead on all Bayer digital offerings.

  • Responsible for working with local squad(s) members to deliver digital targets for both New Business Models and Climate Fieldview

  • Lead daily activation and enablement of Climate FieldView accounts aligned with key dealers and Bayer seed and chemistry brand segments; and overseeing deployment of on-farm support.

  • Coaching of local seed / chemistry teams to increase digital acumen through technical support, training, & education, including their dealers and farmer customers, on all Bayer digital offerings.

The Digital Engagement Lead will help build farmer confidence with digital solutions that provide valuable insights to guide their farming decisions. The DEL will serve as the local digital expert and connect the Climate Fieldview team, New Business Models team, Business Unit Lead and local sales squad to achieve digital platform targets.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree within agricultural field

  • Proven experience within digital agricultural platforms

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and motivate key stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working closely with seed/chem sellers, growers and sales organization.

  • 5 years working experience

  • Expertise on digital software (FieldView, DMP), hardware, farm equipment compatibility and set-up, data collection, and use of data-driven features such as reports and scripting.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $106,226.40 to $159,339.00_ _ Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
