Kentucky Wesleyan College, a private, liberal arts college with a long-standing reputation for quality and academic excellence, is looking for a goal driven Director of Online Admissions to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for our expanding online programs. This position, reporting to the Director of Online Learning, will shape our student recruitment initiatives, help build KWC’s online presence, and design data-informed tactics that attract adult learners, transfer students, and other non-traditional audiences. Over time, this individual will help assemble and lead an admissions team. Immediate duties will focus on strategy, outreach, and establishing strong enrollment pipelines.
