Description

We are in search of an Attorney (licensed to practice in Rhode Island), to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be expected to assist with client consultation, review and draft legal documents, and interact with third parties for dispute resolution. This is a short term contract employment opportunity, which requires a high level of customer service focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out extensive consultation via telephone on various legal matters

• Draft correspondence to third parties to facilitate dispute resolution

• Review legal documents and contracts with precision and attention to detail

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction

• Comply with all necessary regulations and adhere strictly to firm policies

• Manage high volumes of work, prioritizing tasks to meet daily objectives

• Utilize Microsoft Office for various tasks and communication purposes

• Utilize skills in briefing, civil litigation, and claim administration

• Maintain constant and effective electronic communication with clients and team members.

Requirements • Candidate must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Proven experience as an Attorney is necessary.

• Proficiency in legal briefings is a key requirement.

• Demonstrable experience in civil litigation is crucial.

• Expertise in claim administration is expected.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to interpret and apply complex laws and regulations is required.

• A high degree of detail orientation and integrity is a must.

• Excellent judgement and analytical skills are necessary.

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in legal research software and other related tools is expected.
