Aerotek CNC Milling Machinist in Oxford, Massachusetts
We are looking for a knowledgeable machinist who can hit the ground running.
Required Experience:
3 years CNC experience
Full setups
Blueprint reading
Micrometers & calipers
The facility specializes in the machining and grinding of highly engineered, complex aerospace components supporting a variety of airframe and engine applications throughout the industry. They are seeking candidates on 2nd shift to operated CNC 5 Axis Milling Machines. The candidates MUST know how to perform full sets (about 2 set ups a day). These are not button pressers; they are true machinist.
MUST HAVE: 3-5 years
CNC Milling exp
Micrometer, caliper, other inspection tools.
Blueprint reading
Machine Set up Candidates will be operating
2 CNC Milling machines to produce high end aerospace parts.
They will be required to read off blueprints and use inspection tools for in-process inspection. Candidates must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. They are looking for individuals to be long term employees. Most of their current work force has been there for 10+ years, and most of the supervisors started as machinist on the floor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
· 3-5 years experience in CNC milling machining, with full set ups.
Work Environment:
Clean, organized shop. They will be operating 2 machines at once most likely, so they have to multi-task. A lot of the employees have been there for a while, so they have a good team company culture.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $62400.00
