Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot various production components such as conveyor belts, sprinklers, and packaging machines. This role involves a significant amount of preventative work. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, as most production workers speak Spanish. We are willing to train someone who has the drive to learn, and little to no experience is required as long as they can handle basic tools like a torque wrench.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production components including conveyor belts, sprinklers, and packaging machines.

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking production workers.

• Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches, power drills, and other maintenance tools.

• Conduct electrical and PLC troubleshooting as needed.

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Mechanically inclined

• Basic construction skills

• Willingness to learn and be trained

• No specific experience required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
