Position:

Distribution Manager

Salary:

$60K per year, No benefits but company option plan

Major Responsibilities:

Lead the distribution operations, interacting with all disciplines to ensure all manufacturing objectives are met.

Plan, organize, and schedule manufacturing activities in accordance with company objectives.

Lead, identify, and implement continuous improvement processes.

Ensure process equipment is appropriately maintained for operation.

Maintain appropriate inventories of all manufacturing-related materials.

Develop, apply, and ensure proper safety policies are in place and adhered to for all site practices.

And other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Lead and maintain a high level of excellence.

Ability to work independently and lead all site activities.

Bachelors degree in an area of scientific expertise with 4+ years of relevant experience, including experience in manufacturing operations or relevant field/military experience.

Possess well-developed leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform work safely and in accordance with SetaTech USA Inc. Safety Policies.
