What you’ll do as a Senior Facilitator, Learning and Development
Deliver training materials to various levels of leaders through a variety of methods to aid in developing crucial job and soft skills
Support one on one and/or group coaching to assist in learning of new skills
Recommend modifications to instructional designers to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources and tools
Conduct ongoing audits to leadership development materials to ensure they are effective and meet the overall needs of the company
Conduct Train the Trainer Workshops for subsidiary HR teams that facilitate content
Support the execution of the company’s learning and development strategy in partnership with stakeholders, including business leaders and subsidiary Human Resources leaders
Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
Assist in the implementation and communication of organizational change initiatives
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in business, human resources, learning and development, or a related field
At least 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably with leadership developments program within various levels of leadership
Ability to create an inclusive learning environment and adjust based on audience learning needs
Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, etc.
Commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors, and key stakeholders
Must have a high degree of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Suites
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to travel 50% of the time domestically
