Our client, a leading academic institution, is seeking an Administrative Associate to join their team. As an Administrative Associate, you will be part of the administrative support team, contributing to the smooth operation of various academic functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty and staff, ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and tact.

  • Assist in processing appointments within the Graduate Financial Support system.

  • Interact effectively with various stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all levels.

  • Take initiative in managing projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and assign work to others effectively.
