Job Posting: Senior Fund Accountant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Palo Alto, Ca.

Compensation: $130-180K

We are partnering with a venture capital firm based in the South Bay. This firm has contributed to the success of entrepreneurs building successful companies! They are looking for Fund Accounting Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Conduct weekly reviews of transactions and maintain thorough records for investment activities.

• Verify and analyze capital call allocation computations.

• Assess cash and stock distributions, ensuring accuracy in detailed calculations.

• Monitor quarterly and year-to-date capital allocation for partners.

• Review financial statements and capital statements.

• Prepare year-end financial statements.

  Requirements

• 3+ audit experience with venture capital or private equity clients

• Excellent communicator
