Our Retail Sales team facilitates this by servicing, merchandising, and promoting sales of products, as well as building customer loyalty by listening, answering questions, and assisting them in selecting products based on their needs.
Job SummaryAs a Seasonal Merchandiser, your biggest priority is completing store visits. Upon arriving at each of your designated stores, you will:
- Check in with a department leader or store associate
- Walk through the store to assess inventory levels and request backstock
- Build and stock displays and store shelves
- Assist customers when needed
- Complete other projects as instructed
- Clean up the work area
- Check out with a department leader or store associate
While our training will set you up for success, there are a few skills/experience you should already have:
- High school diploma (or GED) and 1-2 years of retail or sales experience
- Motivation and drive to succeed
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays if needed

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $26.25. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position is a limited-term employee and will be eligible to participate in the employee 401k benefit program, including company match; however, is not eligible for other Company benefits.

- Stand, walk, and climb ladders
- Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

- The noise level and working conditions may be similar to those of a warehouse facility
- Exposure to weather conditions occurs while traveling between assigned stores
