Descriptif du poste
Main Responsibilities
Conduct UX & e-commerce benchmarks to identify best practices and innovation opportunities (B2C, B2B, marketplaces, omnichannel).
Develop data-driven UX/UI strategies, aligned with business objectives (conversion, retention) and user expectations.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and propose UX optimizations.
Synthesize and formalize strategic UX recommendations, delivering solutions tailored to user needs and business goals.
Design optimized user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, collaborating with design and development teams.
Apply proven UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, usability audits, heuristic analysis) to refine digital experiences and maximize engagement.
Present UX strategies and recommendations in English to international clients and stakeholders, adapting communication to different audiences (product teams, C-level, marketing, tech).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, product) to ensure alignment between UX vision, technical constraints, and business performance.
Qualifications
5 to 8 years of experience in UX strategy, ideally in e-commerce (B2C/B2B, marketplaces, omnichannel).
Portfolio showcasing complex UX projects, including benchmarks, A/B testing, and impactful UX solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping).
Stay updated and integrate AI tools into UX research, data analysis, and design processes to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
Strong knowledge of UX methodologies: Design Thinking, Lean UX, usability audits, SWOT analysis.
Experience in Agile project management and collaboration with technical teams.
Fluent in English (client presentations, strategic reports).
Bonus skills: Expertise in SEO, CRO, personalization, or emerging technologies.
