REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years retail manager or supervisor experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to manage all aspects of a retail store as well as donation/inventory control. Proven track record to increase sales in a retail setting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines. Some travel required. Must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the overall operation, leadership, and performance of a Retail store including meeting sales goals and budgets, other duties as assigned. Additional Information Beginning rate of pay is $14.86 per hour.
