Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highlycompetitivecategories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
You will provide the training, tools and governance of commercial initiatives related to the key pillars of Revenue Growth Management, namely, promotional ROI analysis and optimization, Trade Investment allocation and contract optimization, Pricing/sizing strategy for new and existing products, Net pricing, product mix and channel mix evolution by brand by market.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
Have a full understanding of the RGM function within Reckitt
Deploy training and run deep dive workshops across the RGM levers
Develop a sustainable op model, whereby business decisions incorporate RGM principles
Convert RGM activity into tangible business opportunities to fulfil their productivity ambitions
Track progress and summarise – highlight success and escalate blockages and issues to ensure resolution
Develop the playbook content
Continue improvement of tools and templates used to conduct RGM
Gather/track RGM commitments and best practice case studies for reapplication elsewhere
Work with BU management teams to drive sustained RGM process & governance based on the following RGM levers:
Net pricing opportunities based on gap to floor methodology
Price, volume and mix opportunities based on GMVA methodology
Track and measure of RGM initiatives to quantify benefit and leverage learnings

Strong presentation and analytical skills with ability to problem solve, develop strategies, tactics and to translate opportunities into measurable implementation
Experience in RGM via previous roles, either as an RGM or Sales Planning/Operations specialist or as a part of a wider role such as key account management, trade marketing and/or sales finance
Experience in project management and ownership of reporting/analytic tools is preferred

US salary ranges
USD $102,000.00 - $152,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
