• Under limited supervision, conduct analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programmes in accordance with the organisation's reward strategy.

• Provides compensation and benefit control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Assist with the delivery of training/communications on a variety of Total Rewards Programs

• Respond to Total Rewards related inquiries and requests for information from a variety of internal customers to include Business Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters.

• Support the HR integration process for acquisitions & new business deals related to Total Rewards as needed
