The role of a Immigration Support Specialist within the Immigration Manila Hub involves collaborating with global teams to standardize processes and train on immigration transactions, requiring meticulousness, sound judgment, and adherence to standards. Stakeholders include HRBP, recruiting, legal, and compliance teams. Strong organizational, communication, project management skills, leadership qualities, and commitment to high standards are essential.
Key job responsibilities
Drive operational excellence by creating and optimizing procedures, automating tasks, and contributing to SOP development.
Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to manage complex site-specific or regional-wide projects spanning multiple locations within a region, potentially impacting team goals.
Generate high-quality, efficient short-term solutions independently, enhancing work productivity.
Optimize and automate tasks, SOPs, and tools to boost efficiency and productivity.
Influence functional teams to navigate challenging customer requirements and contribute effectively to larger projects
Collaborate with immigration experts to understand immigration processes and objectives.
Partner with IT to ensure smooth transition and validation of new programs.
Conduct audits to ensure timely and frictionless task execution, devising improvement action plans as needed.
Communicate team metrics effectively to leadership.
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects in processes.
Manage overflow capacity and meet deadlines by implementing short-term and long-term solutions.
Communicate policies to associates, ensuring compliance and consistency through follow-up
Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Intermediate to Expert skill using tools such as Microsoft 365, Quick Sight or Tableau
3+ years of relevant program or project management experience
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to self-audit for very high level of quality and execution.
Ability to prioritize workflow daily and manage capacity to ensure achieving highest service levels at all time
Superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong Ownership, Bias for Action, Earn Trust, Insist on the Highest Standards, and Customer Obsession
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of Recruitment/HR/Immigration experience
People manager experience is a good plus
Experience in operations, process optimization, and launching new program
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results.
Experience identifying and resolving complex issues, assumes leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to delight others – ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent employee experience
Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
A team player with a solid work ethic
Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
