Job Description

Responsible for daily operations of units with direct supervision to monitor Craft employees for day to day work flow and provides direction using established policies and procedures to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.  Additional common management responsibilities as listed in Shipbuilding Management Charter 0001 within command media (SBMC 0001) and applicants should review the Charter and policies and procedures before applying for position. #LI-AW1

Basic Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years shipbuilding experience applicable to Craft work.  Must be willing to work any shift.  

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and communication skills
• Some supervisory experience 
• Computer Skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and management
