We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and ensure alignment of strategies.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Assist senior analysts and management in implementing new systems, processes, and tools to enhance business performance.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business performance against objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a business analysis or data-focused role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in the BPO or contact center industry is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
