POSITION: Summer Enrichment Nurse (PT) (Bay Shore, Bayport-Blue Point, Comsewogue, and Connetquot)

ASSIGNMENT: July 1, 2025 – August 8, 2025, 8:45 am – 4:15 pm (Connetquot)

July 1, 2025 – August 8, 2025, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm (Bayport-Blue Point) July 1, 2025 – August 15, 2025, 8:45 am – 4:00 pm (Comsewogue) July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025, 1:15 pm – 4:15 pm (Bay Shore)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides necessary health care to students in the Summer Enrichment Program

• Effectively communicates with staff, parents, and students of the program

• Reports to the Summer Enrichment Director and keeps them apprised of daily activities

  Important to note that you MUST be in attendance on the following dates:

  Orientation : June 30, 2025 (Bayport-Blue Point, Comsewogue, and Connetquot)

  July 1, 2025 (Bay Shore)

  Program: July 1, 2025 – August 8, 2025* (Bayport-Blue Point and Connetquot)

  July 1, 2025 – August 15, 2025* (Comsewogue)

  July 7, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (Bay Shore)

  *Programs closed July 4, 2025

  THESE POSITIONS ARE DEPENDENT UPON STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND DISTRICT COMMITMENT FOR SUMMER SERVICES

  START DATE: As detailed above

  SALARY RANGE: $31.50 - $35.50/hour

Job Qualifications

• Appropriate NYS certification or NYS License required

• LPN's are encouraged to apply
