Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for three maintenance technicians to perform preventative maintenance on machines that manufacture gun safes. The ideal candidates will have multicraft experience, including hydraulics, PLCs, troubleshooting, schematics, HMIs, programming, and preventative maintenance. Each technician will be responsible for their own production line and can seek assistance from other technicians when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment.

• Conduct tooling and perform routine tune-ups and maintenance.

• Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce machine downtime.

Work Environment

The role is based in a production manufacturing shop. The schedule includes two day shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 3:30pm, with plenty of overtime opportunities. There is also a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 5:00am to 5:00pm, totaling 36 hours but paid for 40 hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr.
