Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities within the Injection Molding department.

• Ensure all documentation related to production, changeovers, and downtime is handled efficiently.

• Act as the liaison between production and supply chain teams, providing timely updates on upcoming downtime, changeovers, and any potential disruptions to operations.

• Ensure the Injection Molding department adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S standards.

• Coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.

• Monitor and order spare parts and consumables required for injection molding and tooling operations.

• Ensure proper traceability of materials, including managing totes, gaylords, and plastic bins in accordance with company standards.

• Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training and documentation purposes.

• Work closely with process engineers to document and log trials and development activities.

• Support safety programs and initiatives aimed at reducing the Incident Rate (RIR) within the department.

Skills

• Operations Support (3 years of experience is required)

• MS Excel (5 years of experience is required)

• Safety Compliance Documents (2 years of experience is required)

• GMP experience (2 years of experience is required)

• Writing SOPs (1 year of experience is required)
