Our healthcare client is seeking a dedicated Network Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pearland, TX. This contract hybrid Network Administrator role is immeasurably important to ensure smooth operation and efficient troubleshooting for our client's network systems. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining geographically dispersed networks for various health plan products

• Coordinating with affiliate physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers to ensure seamless network operations

• Providing internal support to the network team to promote efficient task management

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting

• Overseeing the accuracy of data elements in MD Staff and conducting audits to ensure data integrity

• Employing knowledge of NAS Technologies and Medicare Advantage in network development and maintenance

• Utilizing planning and supervising skills to manage network-related tasks

• Ensuring compliance with Health Plan standards across all network operations

• Traveling as needed for network support tasks

• Leveraging database skills to maintain all network-related data.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or high school diploma with four years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience with Database management.

• Demonstrated ability in Planning and Supervising tasks.

• Knowledge of Auditing procedures.

• Expertise in Networks support and NAS Technologies.

• Willingness to Travel as required by the job.

• Experience in the IT sector, specifically network support, is crucial.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
