Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Pembroke, New Hampshire. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in a construction environment. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties, including managing billing and accounts receivable, reviewing timecards, and conducting data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy

• Regularly interact with customers to resolve any billing inquiries

• Work closely with the accounts payable team and provide administrative support as needed

• Conduct data analysis and entry to ensure accuracy in financial records

• Generate and analyze reports to track project statuses and key performance metrics

• Support the scheduling and coordination of billing-related activities

• Assist in improving financial processes and restructuring when necessary

• Review data extensively to ensure compliance with billing procedures

• Manage and review timecards for billing purposes and ensure accurate task closures. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Clerk role or a similar position

• Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts receivable (AR)

• Experience in billing is necessary

• Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial software is required
