Adecco is seeking a detail oriented Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in Pennington, NJ. You will be responsible for providing essential operational support to our client’s Health Benefit Solutions (HBS) team. This role offers competitive compensation ( $23.44/hour ) over an 8 month contract period.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in Financial Services
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented
Flexibility and teamwork skills
Proficiency in basic PC and math skills
Responsibilities:
Resolving complex client issues and escalated inquiries
Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and service level agreements (SLAs)
Staying updated on new product developments and process enhancements
Assisting with regulatory and audit assessments
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal associates and external clients
Tracking and reporting on Siebel case metrics
Liaising with business partners and external vendors
Performing vendor oversight to ensure SLA compliance
Handling operational functions such as account maintenance and inquiry resolution
Collaborating with team members to meet workload demands
Tracking billing reconciliation for multiple clients
Supporting fulfillment mailing quality assurance and tracking
Assisting with special projects as needed
Providing back-up support for various HBS processes
Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
