DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Clerical Supervisor 2 oversees the daily functions of the agencies clerical department providing direct supervision of clerical staff in three locations. Your work includes planning, organizing, and delegating work among staff to ensure smooth processing. You will receive referrals from Casework Supervisors, review, and assign referrals to clerical staff for data entry. Additional duties include keeping a log of all referrals received and assigned, prioritizing incoming referrals as needed, and working with supervisors to correct any errors.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment

  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Clerical Supervisor 1; or

  • Two years of complex clerical work experience; or

  • Three years of moderately complex clerical work experience that included six months of clerical lead worker experience; or

  • Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.
