TEKsystems is currently hiring a Certificate/IRA Specialist to start with a Fortune 100 Finanical Institution in Pensacola, FL!

This is a fully onsite position.

Job Description:

Perform account Maintenance detailed towards Cert/IRAs. Handling back office requests, receive requests from CCO/member directly. Working in different ques to work tasks related to: maturity instruction Certificate and IRAs, direct transfers, sending money to other institutions, brining money in, adjusting rates, opening and closing accounts

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have strong administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data entry with highest accuracy

• Ability to work with 7-9 different computer systems/programs at a time

• High attention to detail

• Multitasking

• Flexible to changes

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
