At O’Connor Family McDonalds our purpose is to “Serve Feel Good Moments for Everyone, Every time, Everywhere.” A Maintenance Manager directly reports to their General Manager and plays a key role to ensure the restaurant meets our standards for excellence in the areas of Safety, Quality, Friendly and Fast.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for restaurant Safety & Quality by maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas. They assists the management team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

This position is vital to the operation of the restaurant as you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Filtering oil fryers daily
Maintaining outside grounds
Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
Take out and empty trash
Pressure Wash
Routine preventative maintenance tasks
Change light bulbs
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
