Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Peoria, Arizona. This role is primarily in the administrative sector, with a focus on ensuring efficient operation within a mobile home park environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as the initial point of contact for residents by greeting and directing them appropriately

• Answering phone calls, managing multi-line phone system, and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate party

• Executing light administrative duties to support the smooth running of the operations

• Maintaining organization of files and records to ensure easy retrieval when required

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain records, schedule appointments, and other administrative tasks

• Processing data entry tasks swiftly and accurately

• Leveraging interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain harmonious resident relations. Requirements • Applicant must possess experience in Administrative Assistance

• Ability to manage an Answering Multi-Line Phone System is required

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks is essential

• Strong Interpersonal Skills are necessary for this role

• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is a must

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word is required
