Immersive Technologies Advisor - Business Improvement and Integration in Perth, Australia
Location: Perth, Western Australia (Negotiable)
As the world's largest supplier of mining equipment simulators, Immersive Technologies has deployed their solutions in over 50 countries and works closely with mining operations and equipment manufacturers to solve real industry problems in areas of safety, productivity, reactive maintenance and the availability of skilled personnel. This approach has allowed Immersive Technologies to consistently deploy solutions that deliver real results on site and accumulate an extensive catalogue of quantified business improvements. Our customers attribute significant improvements in safety, reductions in unscheduled maintenance costs and major productivity improvements to Immersive Technologies' solutions. As a result of continued business growth within the AUSPAC region, we are seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our Professional Services team in the position of Advisor – Business Improvement and Integration.
The Role:
As part of a global team of Professional Services experts, you will leverage your training, consulting, and operations knowledge to assist our mining-based clients achieve real results from Immersive's range of products and services. This role is at the forefront of workforce development and is an opportunity to tackle some of the most significant issues impacting the mining industry. One of the features of this role is that no day is the same, however, some of the key functions are:
Take ownership of a select group of clients and drive engagement by understanding their operations, challenges and key personnel
Develop and implement training curriculums which are focused on clients' unique requirements and best utilising the Immersive Technologies products on site
Analyse data from various sources to develop action plans focussed on achieving our clients' goals
Present information on Immersive's products as well as results of training programs to both internal & external stakeholders in varying roles
Actively look for new business opportunities which provide value to our client base
About You:
· Experience within a training and/or consulting role
· Understanding of mining processes/operations
· Ability to present with confidence to individuals and groups at various levels
· Capable of analysing data and utilising this information to drive change within an organisation
· Strong attention to detail in all that you do including presentation, reporting, communication and adherence to procedures
· Passionate about helping companies solve problems and achieve real results
