Our Manufacturing department leads in producing consumer goods to supply our customers with high-quality products, timely, and at a low cost. Your team

You will join our supply chain team based in Malaysia office and will be reporting to the Product Supply Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Assurance(QA) program in your markets and ensures that DCs, customization centers in your area of responsibility operate with the expected level of QA capability inline with company’s policy. Own building the capability building & coaching of the organization and any contracted third party operations (PD and Customization) and ensure internal policy/procedure or external compliance.

  • Act as the QA SPOC leading, liaising and driving effective and influential engagement with both internal and external stakeholders e.g. local authorities, customers, leadership team and other multifunction team for all Malaysia Market Organisation (MO) related initiatives

  • Build capability with key partners in Plant, Sales, Customer/Distributor Logistics in driving and enabling on target shelf quality execution in the trade.

  • Partner with Customer/Distributor Logistics and Sales to build distributor capability and provide distributor selection and on-going assessment. Own building internal Distributor Logistics capability and Distributor capability in storing and distributing P&G products in particular products classified as drugs as per the local regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with Market key stakeholders on quality related issue resolution and Product disposition to minimize business interruption. Drive swift product disposition decision on Quality related block to minimize non performing inventory.

  • Responsible for Quality Incident, Quality related Customer and Consumer Complaint root cause investigation and CaPA development and closure effectiveness.

  • Build Quality Culture and QA capability for strong MO foundations, ie qualifying and conducting health assessment, internal audit to ensure existing and new warehousing and customization have clear action plans to meet the P&G quality systems and business needs.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or supply chain-related courses with an excellent academic background, and Supply Chain Managers with a maximum 5 years of proven experience\

  • Must have proven success of strong leadership from school or work experience

  • Strong data analytical skills and passion for winning

  • Ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

  • Possesses strong oral and written communication skills
