What You'll Do:

• Assemble subassemblies using small hand and power tools.

• Build and finalize ground control equipment.

• Test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final products.

• Collaborate with Production Technicians and Engineers to enhance assembly processes.

• Improve efficiency, product quality, and reduce manufacturing costs with manufacturing engineers.

• Ensure work order protocols are followed and paperwork is completed accurately.

• Train other technicians on product assembly and established processes.

• Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain high standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Adapt to new assignments and follow established procedures.

What You Bring:

• Experience : 2+ years in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly (1 year for strong candidates).

• Education : High school diploma or GED.

• Skills : Proficiency with hand tools (crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools, air tools), and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

• Tech-Savvy : Basic computer operation skills.
