Active Brace and Limb is looking for a Front Desk Associate. Active Brace and Limb is a small practitioner's office that strives to provide quality orthotic and prosthetic products and services to the community of northern Michigan in order to restore maximum function and enhance the lives of the clients we serve.

Starting Wage: $16 - $18 based on experience

Job responsibilities (included but are not limited to)   · Greeting patients   · Check-in, gathering information and check-out   · Scheduling patients   · Insurance verifications and prebilling   · Oversee DME stock and bill   · General office duties   · Marketing and community service  

Qualifications -- willing to train the right person   · Knowledge of medical insurance   · Computer experience   · Experience with medical billing and scheduling software preferably OPIE
