Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Pewaukee, Wisconsin

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

  • Perform self-directed reactive and planned maintenance on foundry equipment (wheelabrator, blast chamber, rollover, etc.)

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine failure

  • Lay out wire, build, and troubleshoot electrical panels and/or machinery to NFPA/NEC standards

  • Maintain the grounds and building exterior (routine electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs)

  • Provide assistance to machine operators and production personnel as required

  • Set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinders, and welding equipment for repairs

Hard Skills

  • Reactive and planned maintenance

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting machine failure

  • Electrical panel and machinery troubleshooting (NFPA/NEC standards)

  • Routine electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs

  • Lathe, drill press, grinders, and welding equipment operation

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
