Were seeking a dedicated and hardworking Field Crew Member to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative crew, this role is for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with sign installation, including digging, setting, and securing signs.

Perform pressure washing to prepare surfaces for striping and maintenance.

Support the pavement striping team with setup, clean-up, and operations.

Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions.

Experience with basic tools and equipment; training provided as needed.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
