Job Title: Aircraft Avionics Technician

Job Description

Avionics Technicians will be working on the A119 (TH-73) commercial helicopters. They will assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors, and other electrical components. Responsibilities include clearly documenting work performed, controlling equipment status tags, logging critical information during installation, and verifying parts requests. Technicians will also read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions. The use of a variety of manual hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, wire cutters, heat shrink guns, and complex, specialized aircraft test equipment is required. Effective communication, both orally and in writing, with other employees and supervisors is essential. Duties must be performed on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical conditions, while wearing required safety equipment.
