Description We are looking for a Database Administrator II to join our team. This role is crucial to our operations, involving the administration of databases, the maintenance of data communications protocols, and the implementation of security procedures. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer databases effectively, ensuring smooth operations

• Maintain and enforce data communications protocols

• Uphold stringent security procedures across all system components

• Utilize troubleshooting techniques for various network operating domains, relational databases, and software applications

• Adhere to system access and security guidelines and procedures

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the design and integration of relational databases, Windows, and SQL applications

• Apply database tuning techniques to optimize system performance

• Implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data

• Maintain relational databases, network operating systems, and servers according to established standards

• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and success. Requirements • Proficiency in Linux Technologies is required.

• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is crucial.

• Familiarity with MySQL is necessary.

• Should be able to perform Optimization tasks efficiently.

• Experience in AB Testing is preferred.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is expected.

• Must have the ability to perform Cluster Analysis.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management is a plus.
