Brief Description:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.

Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support project needs.

Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Facilitate communication between executives and team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Coordinate and assist with the preparation of internal communications, memos, and announcements.

Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.

Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A minimum of 10 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant or similar position within a corporate environment

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

High School Diploma or GED required. College graduate referred.

FOR US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
