Reference #: 2960477 Description TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking candidates for a Program Manager position providing technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the CVN Program/Contract at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Philadelphia. The incumbent will provide management and supervisory experience for TDI technical employees on site at NSWC as well as provide Program Management support for the US Navy customer supporting various task management for the shipboard systems. Responsible for managing multiple Task Instructions on a single large project that includes coordination with team leads to control and complete a project while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the TDI and Government organizations. The candidate should possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of government contracting regulations, the ability to manage complex budgets, excellent communication skills, and the capability to navigate legal and compliance issues while overseeing the entire lifecycle of a government contract, ensuring successful delivery of services or products that meet all required specifications and timelines. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), government contracting laws, and relevant legal frameworks to ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle. Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, cost control, and performance monitoring to effectively manage complex government contracts. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including government agencies, subcontractors, internal teams, and senior management. Provide technical, administrative, and operational management for TDI tasks and employees related to technical writing, hardware and software development, cyber security, configuration management and training. Report to US Navy Program lead with the project progress so s/he presents to the sponsors with any critical path the project may encounter. Develop PowerPoint briefings and papers for the US Navy Program lead to provide project status. Participate in the development of technical project plans, budgets, schedules, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting as required. Perform high-level technical support on assigned tasks, as required. Conduct planning and provide recommendations to Program lead on task workload and activities. Plan and implement projects. Assist with defining the project scope, goals and deliverables. Coordinate development of deliverables and products. Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Monitor and report project progress. Experience in crafting proposals, including technical writing, cost estimating, and strategic planning for government contracts. Proactively identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and implement measures to minimize risk exposure. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in a related business or Engineering discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. Minimum ten years of experience, required, including five years supervisory experience. Experience with management of US Navy or other DOD programs is desired.
