Robert Half Senior Administrative Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Administrative Coordinator in the bustling city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, this role is primarily in the business services division, where you will serve as the primary point of contact and support for various administrative tasks.

What you get to do every single day:

• Serve as the first point of contact, handling phone calls for various executives

• Welcome visitors, provide necessary guidance and assistance

• Manage and maintain conference room bookings and ensure their cleanliness and readiness for meetings

• Oversee the office front and break room are in order, ensuring cleanliness and organization

• Handle document-related tasks such as photocopying, printing, collating, archiving, and mail distribution

• Order and maintain necessary office supplies and equipment

• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for other meetings

• Stand in for the Administrative Coordinator during their absence

• Carry out other assigned duties as required

• Utilize various online systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, effectively and adapt to new software applications.

Requirements

Other requirements for the Senior Administrative Coordinator position include and are not limited to:

• Candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Administrative Coordinator

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is strongly desired

• Experience with Banner Ads is a plus

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is essential

• Knowledge of Concur is beneficial

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required

• Experience with About Time software is preferred

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls efficiently

• Understanding of budget processes is necessary

• Strong calendar management skills are a must

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
