Description We are offering an opportunity in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer invoices using multiple software systems

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action when required

• Familiarize and work with different systems for invoice processing, including Doc Alpha, Doc Link, and Great Plains

• Use Smart Connect for credit card payments

• Conduct monthly accruals for month-end close

• Manage General Ledger with multiple departments and invoices broken into multiple line items

• Use skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP

• Work in a hybrid model with training on-site and a work schedule of one day a week in the office. Requirements • Strong proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to manage Check Runs efficiently

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Excellent Data Entry skills

• Proficient in Invoice Processing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software
