Job Title: Wrench Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Wrench Operator to manage the cleaning, receiving, and barcoding of torque wrenches. The ideal candidate will handle the de-boxing, cleaning, processing, and shipping of wrenches, as well as perform calibration tasks (training will be provided).
Responsibilities
De-box wrenches and ensure they are cleaned properly.
Process and handle the receiving and shipping of wrenches.
Barcode and calibrate wrenches using computer automated test procedures.
Maintain a strong understanding and proficiency in technology and computer systems.
Follow detailed test procedures and protocols.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Proficient with technology and able to learn computer calibration systems.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of networking.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools such as punches and heat guns.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in heavy shipping and receiving.
Proficiency in using Windows and Excel.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of inspection equipment.

You will be working in a small office/shop with 15 people. The environment is air-conditioned, quiet, and conducive to productivity. The role is fast-paced, with weekend shifts as needed. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you are fully prepared for all responsibilities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
