  THE POSITION:

  We are looking for a Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to operate company vehicles, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials and personnel. You will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the road. In addition to your driving duties, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, diagnose mechanical issues, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. You will also manage the fleet's health using Motive GPS systems, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Budget Management : Understand and manage job budgets to ensure projects remain within budget.

• Materials and Tools Management : Oversee procurement and management of materials and tools for job completion.

• Fleet Management : Own and manage Motive GPS systems to improve fleet health and efficiency.

• Procurement Policies and Procedures : Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures.

• Cost Savings and Efficiency : Identify and implement strategies to save or make money through efficient use of tools and materials.

• Data Entry and Accuracy : Maintain upwards of 95% accuracy in tool data entry and regularly verify data.

• Team Building and Management : Recruit, train, and maintain a skilled team aligned with company goals and safety standards.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• A High School Diploma or GED required**

• Driver's License required**

• 2+ years of related experience in a similar position

• Knowledge and understanding of electrical parts and concepts, preferred*

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products, especially Excell and Outlook Required**

• Proficient in mechanical diagnosis and maintenance

• Can lift up to 50 lbs

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers and handle any issues that may arise during deliveries

• Time management, ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines

• Consistent attendance and punctuality to maintain a dependable delivery schedule

  Pay for this position ranges from $22 per hour to $28 per hour .
