We are looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud centric applications from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Grow andlead multiple engineering teams totaling20+ engineers across US/ Europe to delivercriticalservices and componentsfor theOracle Health Applications & Infrastructure organization

- Lead projects that span multiple infrastructure domains including networking, storage, and virtualization

-Providetechnical direction andauditdesign decisions of their team

-Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules

- Drive operational excellence for their team\'s areas of responsibility

- Collaborate with other team leaders on developing and presenting product roadmaps :::
