Industrial Sandblaster needed in Phoenix, AZ $20-28.50 weekly pay
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painting and Sandblaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in sandblasting within industrial facilities and be committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform sandblasting operations on various industrial surfaces.
Prepare surfaces for painting and coating by removing rust, paint, and other contaminants.
Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment and tools.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Inspect and assess surfaces to determine the appropriate sandblasting techniques.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Requirements:
3 years of industrial paining and sandblasting experience
Proven experience as an industrial sandblaster.
Familiarity with sandblasting equipment and techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
Work Environment:
1st shift 5am-330pm, Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
Multiple sites in the valley
Municipality work
Waste water treatment plants, reclamation facilities, carbon steel water tank reservoirs, confined space, down 20-25 feet, million half gallon water tanks
Heavy Industrial facilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.50
