Laborer
Laborers are an integral part of our crew. This position is responsible for performing routine manual and semi-skilled work on equipment used in day-to-day operations. This position may operate a variety of hand and power tools.
What Do You Offer Us:
• Ability to use shovels, picks, axes, portable grinders and buffers, hand wire brushes, jackhammers, tampers, paving breakers and weed eaters
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles
• Must ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment
• Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Ability to pull, lift and carry heavy objects
• Dig pits, trenches, and foundations in preparation for job site construction
• Maintain a clean job site and to pick up all tools and equipment and secure the jobsite each day
• Perform job tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policy
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What is Required:
• Valid Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
• Must be able to be a subject of loud work environments and be a subject of extreme weather fluctuations
• Flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions and travel when needed
• Experience in the Construction or Pipeline industries preferred
