BANNER - UNIVERSITY MEDICINE PHOENIX, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care network, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to support the Sleep & Pulmonary Physicians in our thriving Banner-University Medicine Clinics in Phoenix, Arizona.The Banner-University Medicine Sleep Program offers in lab and home-based sleep studies, comprehensive sleep care, and is a supported by a multidisciplinary group of physicians.Banner Health is recognized for its leadership and dedication to the communities we serve.

• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p

• Independently and collaboratively see new and follow up patients with sleep disorders, pulmonary disorders, and CPAP adherence appointments

• Independently and collaboratively see inpatient consults

• Educate patients on sleep hygiene, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments to improve sleep quality and lung hygiene

• Complete all documentation, authorization, and regulatory paperwork for patients with sleep disorders

• Interpret data from sleep studies with collaborating physician oversight

• Background in Sleep Medicine and/or Pulmonology preferred

• Initially, once per week travel between downtown Phoenix and Arcadia clinic sites with sleep team

• No Call
