JPMorgan Chase Sr. Dealer Commercial Services Cash Management Consultant in Phoenix, Arizona

As a Treasury Management Officer in Dealer Commercial Services, you will be responsible for generating new treasury management business and maintaining strong client relationships. You will leverage your extensive treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy while collaborating with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions), and Implementation teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business, while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships across a multi-state territory.

  • Develop strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.

  • Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels within the automotive dealership vertical to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework.

  • Lead business process reviews independently, aligned with key client sales opportunities, and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.

  • Propose new solution ideas and partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products and solutions.

  • Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions to the market, prospects, and clients through client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.

  • Manage a depository customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in treasury management, sales, and relationship management.

  • Proven success in developing new business with a focus on prospecting, utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to travel and develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organizations.

  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven track record as a top individual contributor.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Certified Treasury Professional designation.

  • Strong creative solution and problem-solving abilities.
